I really, really wanted to be able to sell prints through my online store. But mailing around the world, and postage (and the dreaded tariffs) was so complicated and I realized that any profit I made from selling prints was going to be eaten up in postage and packaging. Not to mention hair pulling frustration, finding a safe place to store prints and packing materials away from my wobbly cat and her chewing tendencies, and time away from doing things I love like making more things for you.
So I made the choice to go print on demand (or POD for all you hip folks). Now I’m old, like really old, and I remember when print on demand meant self-publishing your book when no one else would. But my how the world has changed. Now best selling authors self-publish, and artists are using print-on-demand to send their art all over the world, on so many products that they could never stock themselves.
Here is a video of me unboxing a test print from my printer and I have to say it turned out so much better than I anticipated.
All of this is to say that prints are being added to the store weekly, so please stop in and have a look. Thanks
Thanks as always for your support
